I’ve always thought the 3 stars representing Luzon, Mindanao and the Visayas on the Philippines flag was a great piece of shared iconography with the stars on the US flag. As a nod to that shared history and lifestyle, this hoodie represents cultural connection - grounded in our favorite Ballads green. More than any borders or nations this is an ode to the people, the diaspora and the cultural connection we share. Plus I’ve always loved the name Tala.
